The ministry of labor and social affairs has officially opened the consultation meeting for Somali national training policy for Civil Servant.    

The meeting was the first phase of the National consultation meeting for Somali national civil servant training, which seems to work a long time ago to work as to complete the national civil servant policy.

 

The meeting was organized and hosted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Somali Federal Government and chaired by Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Hon. Saleh Ahmed Jama.

The speech was opened the director of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Ismail Moallim Abdullahi, who warmly welcomed the participants, and on the objective of the meeting, which he described as the beginning of consultative National training. Due to the recurrent challenges, we need to find out a solution for this, said the minister of labor and social affairs starting with the first priority of the Civil Service Training and implementing the National training Policies.

 

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hon. Salah Ahmed Jama welcomed and remarked the following.

 

Today we came here to explore and discuss the National training policy, I worked from different government agencies and I used to see training programs that had specific objectives but I have not witnessed training policy that had been implemented.

 

For now, we need to get training policy been implemented. The civil servants have the right to raise their skills, ‘said Minister Salah.
