The Employment and job creation department of the ministry of labour and social affairs federal government of Somalia responsible for matters related to employment, including job creation, wage monitoring and management, developing labour market information, promoting youth employment programs. The department plays a significant role in reducing unemployment, provide our communities with inclusive workforce solutions that promote economic resilience and prosperity; employment creation, prevention of inequality and discrimination in the workplace.
