Department of Admin and Finance

The goal of the department is to enhance capacity of operations management of the ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in areas related to procurement, financial and administrative management.

Under the direct supervision of the Director General of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the department has the functions

  1. Administrative management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs including administrative protocols, administering the office equipment, inventory management and cleaning services and security services of the ministry,
  2. budgeting and execution of budget management using standard accounting principles of financial management,
  3. supporting the procurement of goods and services for the ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
