MINISTRY OF LABOR AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS AND SKA group has signed agreement of job creation on the memorandum of understanding (MOU)
Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the SKA has signed an agreement on job creation for youth in which co-operation and integration in employment on the date of August 15 , 2016 by both the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and SKA group has signed a memorandum of understanding ( MOU ) to create jobs
The agreement of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between the two sides, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Hassan Sharif Osman was signed with SKA Group President & CEO, Mr. Mike Douglas.
The agreement was happened at the head quarter of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and he said “ this agreement pays for the Promotion and Development of job seekers who are responsible the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs”.
SKA Group President & CEO, Mr. Mike Douglas has gave more details about the work creation of the Somalia Youth and he encouraged that the wave function of getting young people and he said: ” job creation on both sides to strengthen, and it will take part the training we will start a training that will be follow up for four weeks.”
Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Hassan Sharif Osman said that the most important thing is to promote working to both sides and said “I welcome and I hope to reach the victory carries the employment contract for the creation of a memorandum of understanding ( MOU )”
The forum which was signed the agreement was attended by departmental directors Omar Hussein Aliyow and Abdirashid Abdulahi Haider and the adviser of ministry of labor and social affairs for the International labor organization (ILO) Adow Mohamed Adan and and officials from the SKA as Mr. V Clive Trott the head of mission Somalia for SKA and Somali lawyer was take part the inscribe of the contract (MOU) Mr. Abdiwahid Osman Haji.
On the other hand, When the agreement contract ended and has been passed to the Office of the Minister of ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Abdiweli Ibrahim Sheikh Mudey to congratulate two sides agreements of the ministry and SKA group and he said: “I ‘m glad you by this agreement of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) We welcome everyone who is ready to do any good things for Somali people and especially for the youth employment ” . Minister also added that he would like to be mediated by expanding the actions and Somali people should see the benefits of this agreement and finally he said “I recommended you to do less talk and more action”
SKA Group is very common in the capital Mogadishu and they were administrating the International Airport of Aden Ade for past 6 years.
