Director General of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Mr. Mohamed Adde Mukhtar has opened a meeting to plan the Labour and employment of National Development Plan (NDP) for the next 3 years.
Director General of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs mr Mohamed adde mukhtaar has opened a planning meeting of Employment and the National Development Plan (NDP) in Mogadishu for the next 3 years.
The meeting of Employment and planning of the National Development Plan (NDP) for the next 3 years coming has opened by the director general of the ministry of labour and social affairs mr Mohamed cadde mukhtaar.
The conference was attended by guardians of the Ministries of Social Affairs Services such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Women, Civil Service Commission, women’s organizations, the Union Minister of Employment and the state administrations, as well as the highest authorities and agencies ILO UNDP
Director General of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs opened the meeting and found Mukhtar said: “This plan of preparing a three-year National Plan of Work and Employment is a key part of the ministry of Planning, and helped to place the agency ILO, the Director general has issued a lengthy explanation of the purpose of the Employment and three years in the National Development Plan as he noted that the plan is developed and delivered by the department. ”
the head of the ILO’s Ilyas in derie has also said in the meeting : “This project is vital to take advantage of, creating jobs for young people to learn, and I hope that the draft be amended to benefit the young generation coming the agency of ILO is available to us to improve on Labor ”
The following tips are to put together participants from the venue, and their advice was provided a draft document focuses on a number of factors:
ü Enforcement Administration, Management and Cooperation in the Ministry of Labour to provide programs and services for the efficient and effective until 2019.
ü Development and experienced staff to open seminars on the job.
ü To develop creativity, to promote labor market, labor standards and equality.
ü Establish a workplace, workers are healthy, and increase safety.
ü Development of labor relations, to improve methods of conflict resolution, mediation, and social dialogue;.
ü To enhance and strengthen the information to better plan and manage the Department of Labor based on good quality, as well as the introduction of a new state, regularly, reliable, accurate information, analysis and referral.
The ministry of labour and social affair was the first ministry to accept the national development paln and the first draft of NDP.
