Minister Abdiwahab Ugaas Hussein Ugaas Khalif had a sideline meeting with his counterpart the Egyptian minister of Labor Mohamed Saafan, during his attendance of the 47th Arab League labor conference. Minister Abdiwahab accompanied by our Somali ambassador and the permanent representative of Somalia to the Arab league H.E Ilyas Sheikh Omar.

The ministers discussed a number of issues of common interest to promote cooperation between the two countries.

Minister Mohamed Saafan has extended an official invitation to minister Abdiwahab to continue the consultation and coordination between the two sides to meet the development interests of the societies in both countries.

He also pledged that his ministry will work closely with our ministry and support Somalia to rebuild state institutions and restore social stability.
