Handover and welcoming ceremony made for the newly Deputy Minister of the labor and social affairs

A high-profile ceremony meeting organized by the ministry of labor and social affairs led by the minister Mr. Salah Ahmed Jama has welcomed the newly deputy minister of labor and social affairs Mr. Shawaqar Ibrahim Abdalla.

The newly deputy Minister Mr. Shawaqar Ibrahim Abdalla accepted and appreciated the warm welcome he received from the Ministry of labor and social affairs Mr.  Salah Ahmed Jama and the staff of the ministry with the presence of other members from line ministers like deputy minister of defense, the ceremony meeting was attended by the director General, Permanent secretary, head of departments including MOLSA Advisors.

Minister Salah Ahmed Jama welcomed the deputy minister and provided more details about the ongoing activities in the ministry as he shared when he was appointed to the ministry he quoted “I was concentrated on four thematic areas which is very important to the people and nation, like job creation and employment and social protection labor laws and policies which is very help full to the community at large”. In additional to that, minister Salah has ordered the heads of department to give the new deputy minister full information that can make him fully aware the general condition of Ministry.

Minister Shaqawar, who is providing his perspective towards the welcoming ceremony that he had met all the staff of the ministry led by minister Salah Jama and he has fully thanked for his welcome  including other members who is present the ceremony meeting.

The deputy minister also provided a short details of his education background and his experience and mentioned that he will work closely with all the members of the ministry in order to feel and get transparency, he also highlighted how it’s important to share information’s by saying if you are hiding information it’s clear that you can’t do any progress and the only way that we can make a progress is  to share information, so that I hope all of us to come up a strong coordination and collaboration as intended.

Finally, the ceremony of the meeting was concluded by Minister Salah Ahmed Jama who again said welcome Mr. Shawaqar, and I hope that we can work together for my side am ready to work with you and support everything relevant to our work and welcome all your suggestions towards the work and share all the information and am expecting to reduce the workload of the ministry.
