Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, H.E Swaqar participated in the National Training of the staff of the Federal Government of Somalia

A delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Hon Swaqar Ibrahim Abdalla accompanied by the Permanent Secretary of MOLSA Mr. Hassan Sharif Osman, the Director of the department of Training Ismail Moallim Abdullahi and the Advisors of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Prof. Yusuf Salad Warsame and Dr. Dahir Hassan Gutalle was conducted an important meetings with Drs. Nerly, UNDP’s representative to the Ministry in terms of National Training Policy.

There was deeper discussion on the National Training Policy in this meeting which was held at UNSOS in Halane in the capital city of  Mogadishu. This policy was ongoing for so long and now is in the first stage of drafting it.

Drs. Nearly who is the representative of UNDP and collaboration to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs made a presentation during the meeting so as to move forward in the this training policy. The meeting was participated by the governmental agencies to make a joint preparation for the National Training Policy.

Deputy Minister Swaqar who chaired the meeting spoke more about  National Training Policy of the staff of the Federal Government of Somalia.  finally the meeting was concluded the Deputy of the labor and social affairs of the federal government Hon. Swaqar as he was  highlighted  the importance of spearheading the completion of the National Training Policy in order to get a labor law to guide the civil servant staff .
