Visit by the new Peace Building Fund coordinator

The PBF Coordinator Sean met with MOLSA YES team discussing some of the priorities of program in the near future as well agreeing to foster a closer coordinating relationship. The discussions focused on improving the capacity delivery component within the program, so that MOLSA plays a greater role in formulating program strategies as well as evaluating on-going programs. Possibility to train MOLSA staff in academic research techniques through Adam Smith Institute; other focus is to raise the visibility of the YES program through social media as well as engagement in the community through organizing events promoting the employment sector and using it as an opportunity to bring together Employers and jobseekers to clarify needs of both parties.
