Ministry of labor and social affairs has launched 40 employees for advanced training in order to improve their work skills and staff.

Training organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs with the Agency of Centre for Somalia Employment of Problem Solution (CESEPSO) has opened at the centre of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the aim of the training was to improve the skills and upgrade the staff of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

The courses that were taken in the training include customer care management and Human resource management. It has also included the management of labor and employees, the rights and the duties of the employees and how to be good person with nice behavior in order to help the society with respectful way and the protocol that the staff needs the most.

Director of training department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs  Mr.Ismail mo’alin Abdullah has opened the training venue with official speech that was included  advice and encouragement to the staff that attended advanced training for a professional staffs of the Ministry said: This training is important to staffs from the departments of the Ministry of labor  to gain more control over the way they deal with and  to serve the community , the knowledge you have learned during this training you will go back to departments you are working with and the  training is open

It also hosted important and wide faces of the MPs and officials from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Somali MP Abdi Hashi who proposed to encourage has said: It is important to become educated and to benefit from the resources of your country, you have to give more attentions to this course to benefit and it is important to you”

 The training that was held at the Ministry of Labour Ministry will make easier to the employees to understand their rights and responsibilities in the Ministry and the training will last for three days and  will be given an honorary degree shows how well the staff took part in training
