This training are for  new staff who were passed the tests and won the competition among  a number of  Somali Educated persons  and they completed 3 -months trial and its opened on Saturday at Somalia national  University.

This training was opened with official speech  the chairman of the Somalia National University and also the head of this project of capacity injection machine Omar Abdi  said: ” we will be here together of  6 day coming, and the training was signed by the federal government Somalia and the World bank to improve the authorities and its objective is  that new employees contribute knowledge and their experience  to government offices and the ministry  departments in order to improve the purchase, the Human resource management, the financial and accountability ,research and  planning and training to enhance employee and wish you to do your job exactly “

There is also talk of value from the proposed directors bases following ministries and includes the Director General of the Ministry of Public Works and reconstruction Cabdirisaaq and the director general of the Ministry of Agriculture Mohamud Mohamed and director of training department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Ismail Moalim Abdulahi and also by the deputy director of Somalia national University prof . Maliki give significantly speech to the new staff

Finally the training set to end on Thursday coincided on the 04/08/2016 and then the new staff will directly join to the offices and will operate all departments of the government.
