A delegation led by Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Honorable Mr. Abdulaziz Salah Arman met with Ambassador of the Qatar to Somalia Ambassador Hassan Bin Hamsa Asad in the Embassy of Qatar to Somalia.

There were several points concerning about the agreement between Qadar and Somali discussed in this meeting. The discussion was touching more on labor and social affairs as well as developmental projects between the two nations.

The ambassador of Qadar to Somalia was delighted about this meeting between him and deputy Minister of MOLSA and his delegates. The ambassador highlighted that Qadar will strengthen the relationship between the two nation. He further mentioned that the agreement between the ministries of MOLSA of Somalia and Qadar is in the process and we want to retrieve the collaboration of the committees that were engaged in the developmental project and social affairs.

Hamsa Bin Hamsa Asad pointed out that the government of Qadar is ready to welcome to uplift the relations between the two countries. He informed the deputy minister that he has an invitation from his counterpart in Qadar and hope that the deputy minister will visit Doha the capital city of Qadar.

MOLSA Deputy Minister honorable Abdulaziz Salah Arman appreciated the Ambassador on his warm welcome as well as stated the significant role played by the government of Qadar by providing Humanitarian Aid to Somalia. In addition to that, he requested from the Qadar Ambassador to pass his warm regards the president of Qadar.

Finally, the deputy minister stated that the Slogan of Somali government is peace and life. He outlined that the nations had a strong relationship and wish to make this relationship to be stronger.

The deputy minister shared with the ambassador Hamsa to support them in re-establishing the life skill schools that use to operate in Somalia so as to get skilled manpower.
